The purchase of products on the Portal is subject to the payment of shipping costs, at the buyer’s expense.

 

INDIVIDUALS:

Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the number of products purchased according to the weight of the products purchased and the province of destination. In any case, the actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will have the possibility to review these costs before finalizing their purchase. NEUICE cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not directly attributable to NEUICE, acts of God or force majeure.

NEUICE.COM only sends its products to: Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Germany, France and Portugal. It will not be possible to carry out the purchase process through the Portal to destinations other than those indicated. NEU&ICE does not ship products to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the User. NEUICE will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided by the User for this purpose, as well as if the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond NEUICE’s control. such as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.

Deliveries are sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, a delivery time will depend on the destination and types of shipping chosen. The provision of shipping services will be carried out in 5 to 7 laboral days, in the temporal calculation, holidays are excluded in the destination location.

If the Client does not receive the order within the indicated period, they can contact NEUICE through the Contact section of the website.

In the event of non-compliance with the delivery period, the compensation to be paid will consist of the return of the postage paid by the customer. Failure to comply with the delivery deadline will not be considered as the one caused by absence or change of address of the recipient, unknown recipient or address, non-payment of postage, supplies or refunds, closure for holidays, deliveries after the deadline in second delivery attempt, causes of force majeure. or fortuitous event or others not attributable to the carrier. Likewise, it is exempt from liability in cases of non-compliance with the delivery deadline in shipments to the Balearic Islands or international shipments for reasons beyond the control of the carrier (delays of airlines, maritime companies, carriers, loading and / or unloading …).

In the absence of the recipient and whenever possible, a pass note will be left with the necessary information to arrange a new delivery at the recipient’s address or the necessary indications for the recipient to pick up the product at a certain place. In any case, after 7 days from the last delivery attempt without the order having been delivered, it will be returned to origin proceeding to terminate the contract.

NEUICE guarantees the Customer the possibility of canceling their order at any time as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can notify us of your withdrawal up to 14 calendar days from when you received the product.

The Client must express his intention to withdraw within the indicated period and must proceed to return the product, for which he will have up to 14 calendar days from when he communicated his withdrawal. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client may send an email to the address neuice@u-bglobal.com including their name and address, as well as the number of their order. In said email, the Client must specify clearly and unequivocally that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal.

NEUICE will reimburse the sums paid by the Client without withholding expenses. However, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the Customer.

Upon receipt of the products on which the withdrawal falls and their correct condition verified (they must be returned in their original packaging) NEUICE will return the amounts paid to the Customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days through the same payment method used by the customer, unless provided that the Client has expressly provided otherwise and as long as the Client does not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by NEUICE, with the Customer paying the return costs.

If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake by NEUICE, the correct product will be delivered, collecting the first one, without any additional charge for the Client.

If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, NEUICE will take charge of picking it up at your home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

COMPANYS:

All the prices indicated on the web are in EXWORK conditions, therefore, the client must take charge of the transport. If the client needs it, he can contact NEUICE for logistical advice.

To coordinate the collection, the client must contact NEUICE through the contact form and we will indicate the collection date.

Delivery times are subject to availability and / or if the customer requires any modification to the counter labels to adapt them to the country of destination.

Once the product has been delivered, NEUICE is not responsible for the journey to the destination or for possible damages that the product may suffer during the journey.

NEUICE undertakes to provide all the necessary documentation for the export and import of the product.

NEUICE guarantees the Customer the possibility of canceling their order at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment or before production has started.
