  • 5 cl of Jerez wine (Manzanilla / Fino)
  • 2 ½ cl of elderberry liqueur
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • Grape carpaccio
  • 2 pears
  • 30 cl of Neu&Ice Blanco
  • Rosemary branch (optional)
