Blanc Cava

Made with the traditional method and an excellent blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada, with grapes from an ecological viticulture and respectful with the environment. It has a brilliant new gold color, on the nose it is elegant and intense where we find aromas of fresh white fruit like apple or pear, touches of tropical fruits like pineapple and a subtle background to Jasmine. The palate is fresh, intense and with a sweet touch. The bubble is soft and very well integrated which brings elegance and maximum aromatic splendor.

Rosé Cava

Elaborated With the traditional method and an excellent blend of Garnacha and Pinot Noir, with grapes from an ecological viticulture and respectful with the environment. It has a beautiful pink color, on the nose it is intense and attractive with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries or raspberries, with touches of fruits with bone such as peach or apricot. The palate is intense, fresh and elegant with a soft and well integrated bubble. In the end we find a delicious aroma of pink grapefruit, which makes the step in the mouth round and spectacular.
